Outside of my studies and games projects, I am a huge sports fan and a self-taught photographer; given the right opportunities, these two can combine to make some very cool shots. As I don't have the right portfolio to get media passes, I am instead creating this project of taking photos of sports events (where allowed) standing or sitting mixed in with other fans. Although they may not always have the best angle for the action, I think it provides a different point of view to the professionally taken images you see in the papers or on sports journalism pages.

Some of my favorite events I have attended include:

• Women’s Ashes Test @ Trent Bridge where Tammy Beaumont added a double hundred to her impressive run tally for the summer.

• Liecster Tigers @ Welford Road taking the opposition to the limit.

• British Super Bikes @ Cadwell Park (shown right).

• Multiple Trent Bridge outings for The Hundred Competition.

• Formula One Exibition London Excel

Given the right oppertunity I would love to attend more events such as:

• A Formula One GP

• Any Big Bash League game in Australia

• Red Roses rugby vs Scotland @ Welford Road for the Six Nations 2025
