Abandoned Rail Yard: Experimentation
This project was a starter module for the master's course that I completed. It entailed simply finding a combination of styles or objects you haven't used in a project before and combining them into a scene in a short time frame, which is why it is presented with an Ambient Occlusion filter.
For this brief I chose to take the vehicle from FAR: Lone Sails, a side view ā2.5Dā adventure game where you explore an ever changing landscape to make it to your destination on the shore of the island, and combine it with a low-poly style railyard.
Due to its unfinished nature, I plan to revisit it in the future, with the plan to expand it into a more well rounded scene.
All non-foliage or rock assets were made by me in Maya then rendered in Unreal Engine 5
